How do I create a partnership oppourtunity with www.econoco.com?

If you are not an existing Econoco customer, you must fill out the New Customer Application.

After you submit the application, an Econoco customer service representative will contact you with you to discuss the partnership benefits.

Existing customers that haven't visited in a while may have to create a new paswword, using their e-mail address at the top right of the website.

What’s the My Account page?

Once you have registered, you can access your account at any time by clicking on the My Account link at the top of the page. There you can update your billing address information, your contact information, you can review and edit your customer database, you can also review your saved quotes and you can change your account password.

 

When will my order be delivered?

Generally, most shipping companies will attempt delivery anytime between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays). However, it really depends on your chosen shipping method.

Please note that all Shipping Methods show approximate delivery dates and are based upon Business Days only (do not include holidays/weekends). Orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours of order placement for in-stock items, unless specific ship date is specified/requested. We recommend choosing Expedited or Rush shipping methods for time-sensitive orders.”

 

How can I check whether an item is in stock?

Stock availability is shown on each product page by clicking the "Check Stock" link next to the pricing. It will also show you the dates upon which new inventory will arrive in our warehouse. All dates are approximate delivery dates and can fluctuate, please allow a day or two variance for time-critical deliveries when order planning. If desired quantity exceeds units available and units in transit, please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.

 

I'm looking for an item not listed on your web site, what can I do?

You can try using alternate terms in the search function at the top of the website.

Where can I find my order confirmation? 

Econoco emails itemized order confirmations shortly after an order is placed to the email address that was used when ordering.  

 

What does it mean when I get an error message showing Rejected by Decision Manager? 

Decision Manager is not a person! It means there is an issue with the billing address entered when checking out and your order cannot be processed.  The billing address entered must be an exact match with what is on the credit card account. This includes the street address and zip code. If one or both data points are not an exact match, you will see this error. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm the exact billing address on the account. 

 

I just placed an order. How can I find my tracking information? 

Econoco will email your shipping confirmation with tracking information for your freight or ground shipment. Those emails are usually sent after 9pm eastern time on the day the order ships. 

 

I find shipping costs to be expensive. How is the freight cost calculated? 

The freight cost of your order is based upon the number of cartons, the dimensions of the cartons, the total weight of your order and the destination zip code.  

 

What shipping options can I choose from? 

Econoco offers multiple shipping options based mostly on the size of your order. Smaller items can likely be shipped by a Ground service which treats each carton individually, including a unique tracking number. There is no guarantee that all items are delivered together.

Larger orders are shipped via a freight carrier. Items are loaded on a shrink-wrapped pallet and delivered together. Each freight shipment will have just one tracking or Pro#.

Expedited shipping options may also be available.

 

My company is a tax-exempt entity in multiple states. How do I send you my tax-exemption certificate? 

Please email your tax-exemption certificate to SalesTax@econoco.com. A tax exemption certificate is required for each state in which you will be reselling our product. Please note that we do require the certificate to be on file, the tax-exempt number is not sufficient.
