Sales Policy

Econoco and Mondo Mannequins sells exclusively to wholesalers of store fixtures, displays and retail packaging. Both companies also supply national chain store accounts when they do not conflict with our distributors. Included in this group are store planners, architects, designers, specifiers, contractors and material handling and backroom suppliers. If you are an independent retailer, please specify on the New Customer Application and you may be referred to the nearest stocking distributor.

Repacking

There will be a repacking charge of $6.00 (No charge for Gold Club members per single drop ship order) for any item not purchased in standard packing quantity. Standard packing for all items are listed on the website. 

Terms

FOB DISTRIBUTION CENTER. New accounts must prepay initial order. Net 30 days for open accounts. No discount or anticipation allowed. First time orders by new customers must be prepaid by credit card, money order, wire transfer, or bank check. You may be eligible for credit terms for your next order. No orders from existing accounts will be shipped without prior credit approval.

We accept Visa, Master Card, or American Express only at the time the order is placed. For international accounts we accept payment by wire transfer, certified check, or credit card. To establish credit, customer must provide three (3) U.S. based trade references with comparable terms in order to receive 30 day net terms.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to a state sales tax. A resale certificate for the state in which you are shipping must be on file to avoid being invoiced for state sales tax.

Shipments

Unless otherwise specified, all LTL (truck) shipments will ship via UPS Freight, Federal Express Freight, New Penn, Ward and Campbellā€™s Express. Freight is prepaid and added to the merchandise invoice. Small package orders will ship via U.P.S. or Federal Express Ground.

Any orders placed on our website after 11:00 am EST may not ship same day.  Most In-Stock orders received after 11:00 am will leave our warehouse within 24-48 hours. Orders received on Friday will ship on Monday. If you need immediate shipping please contact our Customer Support team at 800-645-7032 with your order confirmation number and they will assist you.

Note: For shipments to Canada, price shown does not include taxes or duties. Those payments will be made by the customer.

Returns

No returns will be accepted without prior written approval from Econoco. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Returns must be shipped back at customers expense and are subject to a 25% restocking charge. A Return Authorization number must be clearly marked on the return label. In order to receive credit, all returns must be in the original cartons and in resellable condition.  

Note: Due to their delicate nature and fragility of mannequins and their componentsAll mannequin purchases are final. No returns are accepted, except if carton is unopened. Once carton is opened and product removed, it cannot be re-sold.  

Claims

Claims for damaged goods or shortages must be noted on receipt at the time of delivery. We will extend every courtesy in assisting to resolve a claim. However, our legal responsibility ends when the goods have been transferred to the customers carrier or agent. Claims for concealed damage or shortages must be reported to us within five (5) days of receipt of goods. Please do not refuse shipments. Any discrepancies will be rectified by immediately calling our Customer Service Department.

Blanket Orders

(An order is considered a Blanket Order when Econoco must manufacture and warehouse said goods for a period of time where retailer will periodically draw down from inventory. Econoco expects that Blanket Orders will be used up by the end of the Blanket Term. All your goods should be released and billed by the end of the applicable 6- or 9-month period. We will provide you with monthly Blanket Order Status Reports to help you track all of your Blanket Orders. If your plans change, and you require more time than anticipated, please contact us as soon as possible. We may ask you to pay for some of your remaining goods by the end of the Blanket Period and extend the time that we are willing to warehouse the goods for you. Unshipped, custom-made items must be paid for at the end of the Blanket Term.
